Transformative Meditaiton
Looking to heal and dive into a transcendent state during your meditation? State your intentions and we will guide you into a beautiful abyss of healing. It's not quite hypnosis, but it's also not just meditation.

Cacao & Hape Sittings
Indulge in the sacred rituals of cacao and hape, offering profound experiences of connection and healing.
These sittings provide a space for introspection, healing, and spiritual awakening.
You can have a personalized ceremony for yourself or for a group of your friends or colleagues.

Healing with food workshop, helps you heal your relationship with food by discovering why you hold the relationship you do with food. Doing this offers a deep healing within yourself by going beyond your relationship with food.

Policies
We do not have a waiting area. Therefore we ask that all who are not receiving services do not attend your services with you.
While we do work with children we do not have adequate space for them to wait while you receive your services and request that you make time for this to be your sacred space and have care for your children elsewhere.
Services to minors 18 and under must have documented permission from a parent/guardian. Services for minors must have a parent/ guardian present during the service.
First-time sessions:
All first-time sessions are required to be prepaid 48 hours after booking the session.
All forms must be completed and returned 48 hours after booking the session.
Intake, waiver, and invoices will be sent via email upon booking the first appointment. If these forms and payment are not received within 48 hours of booking your appointment will not be guaranteed.
Your appointment's scheduled time includes the intake, session, and outtake. Please keep this in mind when you come for your service. There are times when our therapist may be running slightly behind. When this happens your time will be accommodated by your therapist as your time is seen as valuable, just as your therapist's time is valuable.
Should you be late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee the total time of the original appointment booked, you will still be responsible for the full-service fee. I appreciate your consideration in this matter. We reserve the right to attempt to fill your time slot if you are late and do not respond to our attempt to contact you.
Cancelation Policy

48-hour Cancellation policy:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service start time will be charged the full price of the service. For cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service start time, a cancellation fee may apply. To book future appointments, your balance, if any owed, must be paid in full. Rescheduling may be possible with prior notice (at least 48 hours), depending on availability. Rescheduling fees may apply. Modifications to the agreed-upon services may be possible with prior approval and may incur additional charges.

To cancel a program before other wise agreed upon, please submit your request before your renewal date. Your program will remain active through the current month and conclude on your renewal date.

- Additional fees:
Customers are responsible for resolving any issues that led to the declined/returned payment.
We understand that unfortunate events occur, and we will do our best to accommodate and help you in any way we can.

Returned Check Fees: A returned check fee in the amount of $40 will be charged for each declined/returned check.

Late Fees: Late fees may apply for overdue payments resulting from declined/returned payments. Fees are calculated based on fees incurred by BeYOUtifully Balanced.

In some cases, declined/returned payments may result in service interruptions (e.g., suspension of service, account closure).

Wellness Services. Most commercial health plans and Medicare do not cover the wellness services we offer. If your insurance does offer to cover the services provided by BeYOUtifully Balanced, we will provide you with a receipt for these services upon request. You can then submit your receipt for reimbursement. Should BeYOUtifully Balanced make changes and work with insurance directly you will be notified and policies will change to represent the same.

Service Packages. If you purchase a discount program that is a monthly charge with a minimum of a three-month agreement, you will receive the steps of your program as you complete each one. You will not receive the entire program on the first visit. You can cancel at any time. There will be no refunds to the months paid for, due to the work that goes into creating your individual plan.

Use of Health Savings Accounts (HSA). If you purchase a pre-paid package plan through your HSA account we will give you a receipt for the pre-paid services that you can, at your discretion submit to your HSA plan in accordance with your HSA plan rules. If you request a refund for unused services that you paid for through your HSA, we will make the refund directly to your HSA account. If your HSA requires you to actually receive the services before submitting claims for reimbursement, we will provide you with a receipt for services actually received to date upon request. You are responsible for complying with HSA rules when determining whether the services you purchase from us can be paid from an HSA account.

Use of Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). An HRA and FSA will only reimburse for actual services received (not pre-paid services). Therefore, if you purchase a discounted pre-paid package plan and want your HRA or FSA to reimburse you, we will provide you with a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement after you have used your entire package. Upon request, we will also provide a receipt for visits used to date that you can, at your discretion and in accordance with your HRA or FSA rules, submit for reimbursement. Please note that HRA and FSA plans have rules about what services qualify for reimbursement. You are responsible for complying with your HRA and/or FSA plan rules when determining whether the services you purchase qualify for reimbursement.

Privacy Rights. You have a right to privacy under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) that includes restricting disclosure of your records and claims to your health plan, including Medicare, if you pay privately for your services at the time of service. If you pay for your services at the time of service, we assume you are exercising this right to privacy we will not disclose your medical records to any third party, including your health insurance carrier or Medicare. If you want your records disclosed to any third party in the future, you will need to obtain and sign our Authorization to Release Protected Health Information form before we will disclose your health information.

Service Provider Availability: We will make every effort to provide the services as scheduled, but unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, emergencies, or illness. If school is canceled, there are icy conditions or the roads are not in good condition, your appointments will be rescheduled for the safety of everyone. Please note: our therapists/practitioners will be basing the safety of their commute from their neighborhoods.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are available for the scheduled services. Clients are responsible for adhering to any safety guidelines or instructions provided by service providers. Please if you are sick or feeling like you are coming down with or getting over a cold or sickness reschedule. If you come in and show signs of cold/flu or any sickness you will be charged for the session and sent home. This is for everyone's health. Clients understand that the time scheduled for their sessions will require full payment even if the session time is used for services other than what is booked. The client understands that they are paying for the time spent with the provider, their knowledge, and expertise in their field.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client as a result of the services provided or the cancellation of services.

No Refunds: All sales are final. Should your provider decide to refund your payment it will be the total amount minus taxes and fees incurred by BeYOUtifully Balanced.
